Job Description
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager Planning Evaluation and CQI, the Data & Policy Analyst is responsible for providing advice and support in the development and maintenance of data tracking mechanisms. Providing support to make data informed decisions and recommendations, the position will provide research, data analytics, decision support, program planning and evaluation. The Analyst will provide advice and support the development and implementation of program and policy changes in the divisions.
Education
A post-secondary degree in Social Science, Health Science, Public Health, Human Service or Public/Business Administration or related discipline
University level credits related to research methods, statistical analysis and/or data collection required
A graduate diploma or certificate related to data collection and statistical analysis or equivalent combination of education, training and experience, is preferred
Knowledge
At least 3 years of relevant experience with data analysis and performance measurement,
