About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, and Python, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Candidates with experience in Performance Marketing Analytics will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
Analyze business trends and provide actionable insights.
Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
Support ad hoc analysis and business projects.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Charts, Dashboards).
Working knowledge of Python or R.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Performance Marketing Analytics.
Experience in Healthcare, E-commerce, Retail, BFSI, or Technology.
Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
Exposure to Predictive Analytics or Machine Learning is an added advantage.
