Duties

Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data using advanced tools such as R, Python, SQL, and VBA to identify trends and patterns.
Design and maintain databases with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle to ensure data integrity and accessibility for reporting purposes.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely insights aligned with project milestones following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Conduct business analysis by translating complex requirements into technical specifications and actionable recommendations.
Support database design efforts, including schema development and optimization for efficient data retrieval.
Assist in project management activities by tracking progress, documenting processes with Visio, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Skills

Proficiency in data analysis skills with a strong foundation in SQL, R, Python, and VBA.
Experience creating compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
Knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and project management principles.
Ability to perform business analysis by understanding organizational needs and translating them into technical solutions.
Skills in database design, schema development, and query optimization.
Competence in Unix shell scripting (Bash) for automation tasks.
