MEP Execution

the individual)


Reporting to DGM -MEP Execution


Job Location : Gujarat/Rajasthan , South (Chennai ,Bangalore)/ Navi Mumbai

B.E. /B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical


Major Roles and Responsibilities


- Ability to handle MEP vendors for seamless execution

- Good hands -on experience on MEP works - Electrical , HVAC , Fire

Fighting , plumbing works etc

- Must have ability to take quick decision making on construction sites

basis the need

- Good communication/ interpersonal skills

- Must have good knowledge of best practices on MEP -construction

industry

- Willing to travel to various construction sites across south indian states

-Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer.


Candidates can apply from

- Shall have minimum 3-7 Years experience in relevant field can apply

- Must have good academics track records

- Prefer to have autocad experience
