This division is in a steady growth and in search of individuals seeking to advance their legal careers in the insurance industry. This role can be housed with a hybrid schedule in NYC, Atlanta, Chicago or Los Angeles, or remote for experienced candidates outside of these locations.
The Claims Attorney will focus on third party claims arising under various specialty Cyber, Tech E&O, and other professional liability policies. This individual's responsibilities include investigation, analysis of liability and damages exposure, drafting and issuance of coverage position letters, and development of strategies for resolution. This individual will also oversee determination of probable loss exposures, establishment of reserves, as well as maintenance of claim files and be the point of contact for escalated cases.
