Cyber Assurance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cyber Assurance Manager in Gurugram. The Cyber Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's cyber security initiatives, including risk assessment, compliance monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and staying abreast of the latest cyber security trends and technologies.

Work Experience: 15 years and above (7+ yrs Security architecture experience with focus on Cyber assurance)

Work Location: Gurugram

Mode of work: Hybrid

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts and best practices
Thorough understanding hands-on experience - appsec, infra scanning, VA, Devsecops, IaC scanning, CI/CD security, IAM, data protection, microservices, containerization, logging monitoring
Experience in conducting risk assessments and. vulnerability assessments
Proficiency in incident response and incident handling
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and standards
Experience with security monitoring tools and technologies
Strong communicator, clear articulator of technical/security concepts to stakeholders.
Good communication and collaboration skills
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
Prior experience in managing cyber security initiatives in an IT environment is beneficial
