Position Summary
• The incumbent is expected to deliver trainings at various locations for following participants – Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach), Dealer Front-end Sales Manpower and other critical profiles (as specified and informed by TMPVL)
• Complete the Man days of training prescribed by TMPVL
• Compile and Present Training Reports and tracking Training Effectiveness through Periodic Audits
• Ensure that training coverage is in line with KPIs and Training Need Analysis
• Enhance in-house Sales Training capabilities by upskilling the Dealer Internal Training Leads (Sales Coach) and TSMs (TMPVL)
Minimum Qualification
• Engineer Preferred (BE/B.Tech) – with min 3 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
• Graduate – with min 5 years of relevant experience in Training, Adult Learning & Development
• Age : 25 yrs – 35 yrs
