WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Manage customs clearance for high-value imports, ensuring timely and compliant processing across international borders
Prepare and lodge accurate customs declarations in line with Australian Border Force, DAFF, and other regulatory requirements
Ensure all shipments are cleared with proper authority and in accordance with client instructions
Monitor and apply updates to customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements to maintain compliance and support clients
Liaise with customs, clients, and internal teams to provide expert advice and resolve customs-related queries
We currently have two positions available as per the details below:
Full Time & Permanent - Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00am - 6:00pm
Full Time & 12 Month Contract - Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00am - 6:00pm
WHAT CAN YOU BRING?
Must hold a current Australian Customs Broker License
Minimum 1 year of experience in customs clearance and entry writing
Strong understanding of customs regulations, international trade, and shipping logistics
Proficient in customs clearance software, online customs portals, and Microsoft Office
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and general computer use
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
