Job Role
• E-Commerce customer support voice support
• Take calls over the phone which involves working in different time zones,
• Handling customer calls and initiate the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
• Flexible to work in shift.

Requirements
• Excellent English - both in verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Experience : Any fresher experienced in customer service role.
• Shift : Rotational shift / flexible to work in Night shifts.
• Education : Any undergraduate / graduate / post Graduate can apply.

Benefits
• Drop is available only during odd hours provided the candidate is within the transport boundary
