This role is critical in providing high-quality customer service and support to our US-based clients. The position requires flexibility with shift hours, primarily during the night, to align with US business hours. Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Shift Hours
Flexible, mostly night shifts to accommodate US business hours.
Specific shift timings will be discussed during the hiring process.
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a minimum of 2 years in a BPO/KPO setting preferred.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in conversation with US clients.
