Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your expertise in data entry, analysis, and multilingual communication will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for sales and upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records through efficient data entry
Provide detailed analysis of customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints promptly
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Support multilingual customers by fluently communicating in both English and Spanish when required
Skills
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles is advantageous
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
