Customer Support Representative

Job Responsibilities:-

Provide assistance to global clients on email, chats or verbally.
Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
Take ownership of customer issues.
Troubleshoot problems and drive resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams.
Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback.
Document knowledge as solution articles.
Master the use of help desk software.
Skills:-

Excellent English Communication is a must.
International client handling experience would get preference.
Competent technical knowledge.
Ability to multitask.
Attention to detail.
Ability to honor deadlines.
A proactive approach to support.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same domain is mandatory.
