Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibility Area:
The fundamental duties tasks the define the job are:
Responsible for reverting customer queries via Chat.
Gather appropriate data from the internal tools to substantiate transaction validity, evaluated
information gathered determine the appropriate course of action.
Responsible for providing high quality customer service by responding to chat inquiries and
customer requests.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Follow required procedure guidelines

The ideal candidate for this role would have:
Strong verbal written communication skills along with active listening
Good Analytical skills
Quick Learning Ability
Ability to multi-task, set priorities manage time effectively
Attention to detail

Chat Process (Non voice)

Work from office for starting 2 months, after that it will be work from home.
System + Wifi mandatory.
6 Working Days
1 Rotational weekoff
+ hours shift.
24*7 Rotational shifts.
Immediate Joiners
Working Location - Noida.
Walkin interview only at Noida Office.
Salary:-
Undergraduate + experience (15300 inhand).
Graduate + experience (16000 inhand).
