Job description
As a Customer Support Representative at Flipkart, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries and resolving their issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and handle challenging situations professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor degree in any field is a plus.
• Experience
• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Working Hours
• Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones and customer needs.
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
