We are a customer acquisition and support firm that partners with national telecommunications providers (such as AT&T) to support fiber internet and account services through in-person, customer-facing campaigns. We are actively hiring an Entry Level Representative to join our customer-facing team supporting AT&T services.
In this role, you will work face-to-face with customers to explain fiber internet products, assist with account questions, and support new service enrollments. This position involves customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a customer support representative, you will:
Engage directly with customers to explain AT&T Fiber Internet services, pricing, and account options
Assist customers with new service enrollments, upgrades, and account support
Answer questions and resolve basic service-related concerns
Accurately manage customer information and account documentation
Support goals while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach
Work closely with team members and on-site leadership to meet daily performance benchmarks
Qualifications of the Customer Support Representative:

Can commit to a full-time, in-person schedule
No prior experience required , training is provided from day one.
