Managing Chat Support (Whats App and Social media inbox)
Managing Call Queries
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Skills: -
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Good typing speed
Fluent in Hindi & English
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service
