About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handle customer service through calls, chats, and emails
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
• interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Maintain coordination with the backend team
• Address social media queries
• Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Troubleshoot any problems and issues occurring to the customers regarding the products in a timely fashion

Skills And Other Requirements
• Verbal and written proficiency in Hindi and English
• Outstanding experience in working with customers via telephone, email, and chats
• Proficient in MS Office
• Quick decision-making skills
• Excellent time management, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
