Full job description
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, or social media.
Manage support tickets and follow up on unresolved issues promptly.
Coordinate with the finance team for payment tracking and outstanding dues.
Politely remind customers about pending payments and assist in collections.
Document customer interactions and update internal records regularly.
Escalate unresolved or complex queries to senior team members.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
Maintain a professional tone and follow company communication standards.
Coordinate closely with Marcom and Finance teams.
Maintain CRM systems, MIS reports, and dispatch documentation.
Follow up on payments and prepare IMRN (Inbound Material Receipt Notes).
Assist in creating customer service SOPs, feedback PPTs, and training videos.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹31,5++.36 per month
