Manage Incoming Calls And Customer/Vendor Service Inquiries
Provide Information About Deliveries, Acknowledgements And Record Details Of Complaints
Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken
Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer/Vendor Requests
Refer Unresolved Customer/Vendor Grievances Or Special Requests To Designated Departments For Further Investigation
Asking For Shipment Status And Delivery Acknowledgement From Dealers And Transporters
Requirement-
Graduate/Post Graduate (Any stream)
Minimum Experience of 1-2 years in Telecalling/CRM
Good Communication Skills (written verbal both)
Basic knowledge of computer, word excel
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
