Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹34,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our international clients in the UK and US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience in handling international voice processes (UK/US preferred).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Work Schedule:

5.5 working days per week.
