The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Handling inbound calls in a professional manner. Experienced Dedicated Candidates are required to handle International Inbound calls
• the major job role will be to answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, and provide general information
• You will be a part of the contact team that believes in Delivering Joy through exceptional customer experience for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
• You must have 6 months of experience as a customer care executive
• You should be a good English speaker
• You must have experience in international BPO
• Good communication skills required
