Responsibilities
• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
• Actively reply to customers through “live-chat”
• Ability to deliver the highest degree of customer service by demonstrating exemplary service through telephone, live-chat and e-mail communication, being solution focused all while staying true to the Brand.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Maximize opportunities to upsell
• Build and maintain our clientele by engaging and fostering relationships
• Provide the highest level of customer service each time, every time.
• Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues and complaints across multiple in a timely manner, communicating through email, phone, live chat and media.
• Assist customers with all lines of enquiry which will include product queries, returns registration, payments and more.
• Be committed to meeting KPI’s including sales, quality, and productivity targets
• a key role in helping the department to achieve its overall goals.
• Responding to Booking e-mails
• Have a strong understanding of product knowledge, this includes new launches and styles
• Effectively utilize all systems daily, is includes but is not limited to: Teamwork, Magento, Gladly, GSuite, and Shipstation
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Skills/Qualifications
• Previous experience in a support role is a plus
• Proven ability to handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
• Experience selling and clienteling a plus
• Strong communication skills, this includes verbal and written along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work and interact with all levels of employees within the organization

Salary: ₹100,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
