Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide information about products, services, and policies.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to team KPIs.
Looking BPO experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
High school diploma or graduate degree preferred.
