About the Role:
Ad2Ship is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive / Telecaller to join our logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases, and coordinating with customers and delivery partners for successful order deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls regarding delivery and shipment issues
Resolve NDR cases by coordinating with customers and courier partners
Update delivery remarks and maintain records in the system
Follow up with customers for address, availability, or delivery confirmation
Maintain proper communication and customer support
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Logistics
Basic Excel
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Good listening and problem-solving skills
