About Team: The role is within the Enterprise CDS team in CMD, India. A highly motivated team of 25 chromatography and IT professionals with unique background and experience.Purpose:Manage Enterprise Chromatography System implementations and Support.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze customers Enterprise CDS requirementsEnterprise software planning and implementation.Installation, Qualification & Documentation of Chromeleon applicationProvide support for Chromeleon enterprise installationsConduct trainingsPeriodic review meetings with Enterprise CDS customersLog support tickets and raise issues to factory support teamMaintain good cordial relations with customerCandidate Requirement:Education & Experience levels:A bachelors degree preferably in Analytical or computer science.A good understanding of basics of Chromatography and regulatory complianceAt least 2 years experience in managing & supporting enterprise software applications in the pharma & life science industryStrong interpersonal skillsGood Presentation skillsSelf-Motivated, Passion for learning and get work done demeanorStandout colleague
