Requirements:
2. Education:
Minimum HSC (12th pass). Graduates can also be considered.
3. Skills:
Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
Comfortable with calls chats in a fast-paced environment.
Good with basic math and multitasking.
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Tech-savvy and capable of using CRM tools.
4. Background:
Candidates from BPO/KPO/customer service roles.
Open to fresher graduates with internship/part-time BPO experience if they show aptitude.
Mumbai-based, preferably within commutable distance to Saki Naka.
