PluginHive is Looking for a Customer Support Analyst who has a real passion for customer support providing solutions to complex business requirements. This will be a great opportunity for the candidates to support eCommerce merchants from more than 50+ countries. An opportunity to have an end-to-end exposure, starting from requirement understanding from customers and all the way to contributing to the product road map.

We are seeking candidates with (0-1) experience, the right passion, and attitude to independently handle customers by acquiring complete application understanding is the major requirement.

Mandatory Criteria:

-Proficient in Written and Oral English communication.

-Logical Problem solving skills.

-Comfortable with Shift Timing: USA Shift. 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST

-Work From Office. We are located in Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore.

-Immediate Joiner.

Qualification: Engineering or MCA

Customer Satisfaction: Work with the customer directly with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide a solution to complex requirements. Happy customers are key to our success.

Application understanding: Overall business understanding and deep application knowledge is the only way to provide quality support and solution to the customers. Should Contribute to the application road map to address the frequently reported issues.

Documentation: Prepare quality documentation and videos to improve the quality of support especially to handle frequently asked questions.

Improve Efficiency: Explore the industry best practices to improve support efficiency and quicker turnaround time for the customers.

Communication: Proficient in Written and Oral English communication. Should be comfortable with all the modes of support. Email, Chat, and Call.

Marketing: Contribute to the community forums. Help the marketing team to Identify business scenarios.

Accountable: An attitude to take the product and the customer support to the next level. Complete alignment with company goals.
