Customer Success Specialist (Inside Sales)

We are hiring a Customer Success Specialist for our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of sales experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for generating new business, demonstrating Tax Software solutions, converting leads into customers, and driving revenue growth.
• Generate leads through cold calling, internet research, and available databases.
• Identify customer requirements and provide Tax Software demonstrations to prospects.
• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Build relationships with Chartered Accountants, Corporates, and SMEs by understanding their Income Tax, GST, and TDS requirements.
• Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling products to existing customers.
• Update daily sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 5 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience in Software Sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
