Job Title: Customer Success & Sales Manager (India)
Location: Remote (India)
We're looking for a customer-focused sales qualified to own the customer journeyfrom converting qualified leads to driving successful onboarding and adoption. You'll deliver compelling product demos, negotiate commercial agreements, and build strong client relationships that drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into customers through consultative sales.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to business needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close mutually beneficial agreements.
- Lead customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and early adoption.
- Partner with internal teams to support customer success, retention, and growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS across Account Executive, Customer Success, or hybrid commercial roles.
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle, from lead conversion to onboarding.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with workforce management, Employer of Record (EOR), or payroll solutions is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely and proficient with CRM platforms, MS-Teams, and modern sales tools.
