Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Architect at Genefied. The Customer Success Architect will be responsible for providing professional services, consulting, and solution architecture. They will also handle integration and software development tasks.
Qualifications
• Experience in professional services, consulting, and solution architecture
• Knowledge of integration and software development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Experience in the loyalty industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
