Everest Environmental Group, Inc. is a rapidly growing company and is seeking a Customer Success and Logistics Coordinator in Caledonia, Ontario., to support both account management and dispatch/logistics coordination functions within our growing waste and recycling brokerage operation. This role is centered around one primary goal: ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers while also supporting service coordination, dispatch communication, issue resolution, and operational follow-through.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers while also supporting service coordination, dispatch communication, issue resolution, and operational follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
· Build positive customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-up.
· Coordinate service requests, dispatch communication, and operational follow-through.
· Monitor service completion and assist in resolving service-related issues.
· Communicate with haulers, vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding service requirements and updates.
· Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational or service concerns.
· Maintain customer account notes, service details, and communication records.
· Assist with onboarding new customer locations and service implementations.
· Support reporting, documentation, and service tracking as required.
Customer Relationship & Service Optimization
· Perform annual customer site visits and operational reviews to ensure services continue to meet customer expectations and original program objectives.
· Proactively identify opportunities for operational improvements, service enhancements, diversion initiatives, and cost efficiencies.
· Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, responsiveness, and strategic account support.
· Identify account growth, retention, and relationship-building opportunities.
· Work collaboratively with customers and service providers to continuously improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
· 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, B2B client services, dispatch, logistics, or operations coordination.
· Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics, brokerage, or related industries considered a strong asset.
· Strong relationship management and communication skills.
· Ability to problem-solve and coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
· Experience identifying account growth and retention opportunities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and virtual meeting platforms.
· Working knowledge of waste, recycling, and environmental regulations is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
