Customer delight executives act as first point of contact for Foxtale and hence play a crucial role in building customer love, brand loyalty, and long term customer relationships. This is a high-impact role with a lot of avenues for growth.
Responsibilities
• Take charge of customer queries from start to finish.
• Gain a deep understanding of Foxtale’s voice and ensure that reflects in your communications at all times.
• Stay abreast with current offers and sale days to respond to customer enquiries
• Gain a deep understanding of Foxtale products and various skin care queries to achieve high satisfaction scores.
• Work with cross functional teams to provide prompt and effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain SLA timelines and customer satisfaction scores.
• Frequently evaluate and refine existing processes and customer communication.
• Handle Social Media Queries
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High EQ and great interpersonal skills
• Precise attention to detail and great organization skills
• Prior experience using Freshdesk and other customer service software is a plus
• Good proficiency in Google suite
• A genuine interest in customer experience as a domain and working with high-growth startups
Ideal Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
