Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Warehousing and Data entry.

Duties:

-Forklift experience

- Able to lift 50+ pounds

- load and offload containers

- Class 5 License (Class 3 would be an asset)

- knowledge of shipping, receiving procedures along with inventory control

- computer skills with the knowledge to learn our system

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
