About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to support our brokers in delivering exceptional service to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career in finance or mortgage broking.
Key Responsibilities
Assist brokers with documentation and compliance requirements
Liaise with clients and lenders to manage loan applications from submission through to settlement
Maintain accurate records using internal systems
Provide ongoing support to clients post-settlement
Help ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in finance, lending, or administration is desirable but not essential
