Work Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Service Team Member to provide excellent support to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism.
Working Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Process customer requests, renewals, and documentation.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Meet daily and monthly customer service targets.
Prepare reports and maintain service records.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualities
