Customer Service Team Member

Based at the customer service desk and at the checkouts, you will be responsible for serving customers on the checkouts, assisting with queries at the customer service desk, and also assisting with online and special orders. We are looking for that special person keen to provide outstanding customer service to every customer whether its face to face, online, or over the phone.

We are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:

A passion for customer service excellence;
Bright and bubbly personality;
Excellent communication skills;
A team player;
Good computer skills as you will need to learn various Mitre 10 systems;
Organised, & reliable with good time management skills;
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible;
& a willingness to learn.

This is a part-time role 16 hours per week, Thursdays and Saturdays. There will be opportunities to pick up extra shifts as well and fill up your week, especially when other team members are away.
