As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve complex customer issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and provide training and coaching to team members.QualificationsPrevious experience in a customer service role or a leadership roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to handle difficult or escalated customer situations with professionalism and empathyDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a teamKnowledge of customer service software, databases, and toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceShift : 10am-7pm & 2 week offs
