We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in Freight Forwarding (Export Operations) to join our team.
Handle export bookings with shipping lines.
Coordinate with transporters, CHA, shipping lines, and customers.
Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) through shipping line portals.
Coordinate BL drafts with shippers and shipping lines.
Experience in freight forwarding and export documentation.
Knowledge of shipping line portals and export procedures.
