As a key member of our enthusiastic team, you will play a pivotal role in servicing the diverse needs of our extensive customer base across the region. Primarily focused on major mining customers, as well as contractors of all sizes and construction companies, you will handle all parts sales and inquiries. This role promises not just a job but a journey towards advancing your career in the dynamic field of customer support.
Roster: Predictable 8 hour shifts between 0700-1+00 weekdays, with 6 rostered weekends per year.

What we are looking for:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Mechanical or parts knowledge advantageous, but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite
High regard for and focus on safety
Current drivers’ licence essential, forklift ticket advantageous but not essential
