Job Description: International Customer Support Specialist (Voice)

Location: Noida

Work Schedule: Five days a week, rotational week offs

Shifts: UK shifts (Start time may vary between 12:00 PM – +:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Salary: Up to 7 LPA (maximum 30 percent hike on last drawn CTC)

Transport: Both-side cab facility provided

Role Overview

The International Customer Support Specialist will handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions for international clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients
• Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer queries
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring clear and effective communication
• Follow process guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer experience

Requirements
• Minimum of two years of experience in an international voice or blended process in a BPO
• Total work experience should not exceed five years
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per US/UK business hours
