Requirements
Obtain a Property and Casualty License
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding service.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Provide accurate information about EIG Insurance Center's products and services.
Process and manage customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient follow-up.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
