Position Summary
At Vivreenresidence.com the customer service position offers support to current customers. You will participate in customer development by telephone with both homeowners and companies offering services to seniors. You support customers in entering data about their business. You will collaborate on various data entry tasks for the management team.
Location: Your home
Schedule: Part-time and full-time (vacation replacement)
Main Area: Sales and Customer Service on the Web (Retirement Residences/Employment)
Year of experience: 1 year or more
Requirements and skills sought
Key Responsibilities:
Telephone prospecting
Web Solution Presentation
Telephone follow-ups
Closing the auctions
Customer Support
Accounts receivable tracking
Writing assistance for clients
Skills sought:
Experience in sales in the field of web and advertising sales
Comfort with CRM software
Comfortable with social media
Excellent command of written and oral French as well as fluency in English
Knowledge of the residential environment (an asset)
Autonomous and dynamic
Requirements:
You must be available for work on Thursdays or Fridays and for full-time vacation replacements or 4 days a week (August/September 2016)
You own a computer as a contractor.
You have a quiet place at home to do your work
