Responding to customer queries over the phone, email, WhatsApp other support channels.
Educating customers about our brand and products.
Liaising between our company and its current and potential customers.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
Being dedicated to customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns that the customer has.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Understanding the unstated needs of the customer, asking relevant questions, and picking the right time to pitch the recommended solutions
Take a customer-focused approach to handle complaints and escalations.
Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures.
Taking care of all other back-office operations.
Should be comfortable to travel/relocate to our location in Delhi.
Must have excellent communication skills in English Hindi.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
