Job Title: Customer Service Voice Process Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service voice process role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound customer calls and addressing their queries and concerns
Providing timely and accurate information to customers
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service voice process role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets
Flexibility to work in a day shift with 2 rotational offs
Salary and Benefits:
Salary upto 30k CTC
