Role Responsibilities:
· Responsible for incoming chat contacts
· Follow up on customer requests
· Outbound inbound calling
· First response to customers and sales team.
· Daily and weekly reports, delivery based on results and requests.
· Keeping all KPIs in line and customer satisfaction as a priority.
· Attend to chat volume, send daily pick up reports to couriers
· Assistance to sales teams
· Weekly report on incidents and common issues
· Customer education, client and partner communication written and spoken
Skills Knowledge:
· Computer skills
· English Proficiency
· Positive positioning and multitasking
· Knowledge in customer success
· Experience – 1 to 2 years
Location: Noida Sector 16
Monday to Friday: 0+:30 AM to 06:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM
Sunday: Off
