Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone.
Provide detailed analysis of customer needs and preferences to tailor solutions effectively
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
Engage in upselling and sales efforts by identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels
Skills
Bilingual fluency in English
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Experience in sales, upselling, or customer service roles is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
