About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Retail Shop in Wellington. In this role, you will assist customers, manage stock, and ensure the store is well-presented. Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service
Process sales transactions and handle payments
Maintain store cleanliness and stock displays
Assist with stock management, including restocking and inventory checks
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
What We’re Looking For

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Must be currently based in New Zealand (Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
