NHR Group is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join the team, working across our two branches located in South Auckland - Manukau and Pukekohe. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, greeting clients as they come onsite and walking them through our rental services.
A front-of-house role, you will man the service counter, prepare rental agreements, manage payments, move vehicles around the yard, and coordinate vehicle services with the mechanical team.
To meet customer demands, we operate a rotating roster, working 4-days on and 2-days off and this role will commence as soon as possible. Time and a half is provided for all staff working on weekends.
