Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping with questions, handling purchases, and making sure everyone feels welcome. If you enjoy working with people and have good communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties

Greet and assist customers with a positive, friendly attitude
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
Prepare light food items (e.g., make sandwiches, deep fry snacks)
Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas and customer space
Restock products and assist with daily store upkeep
Follow health and safety regulations and store policies
Merchandise products and assist with basic inventory tasks
Skills

Customer service or retail experience is an asset
Willingness to learn food handling procedures (training provided)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
