You'll be empowered to fix issues on the spot and offer smart alternatives.
That customer‑first mindset is why our NPS is high and staff turnover is low.
The Role
Handle 50-60 inbound calls per day, plus emails, and own each case end‑to‑end.
Diagnose the issue, resolve it (ideally first time), and keep customers updated.
Log cases accurately and flag trends to help us improve.
You Are
Calm under pressure. Curious, empathetic, tech‑savvy.
A clear communicator with fluent English.
You prefer flexible conversations over rigid script‑driven environments.
Confident using technology and navigating systems.
If you're used to a highly structured, process-driven environment, our way of working may feel a little different at first. But if you enjoy solving problems and finding the best outcome for the customer, you'll fit right in.
